Protocol For Hereworth Prep Fixtures - Home and Away Trips

1. All students must present themselves at school on time and dressed appropriately as in accordance with the Hereworth School uniform, this applies to home and away trips/fixtures. This includes shoes, socks, shirt, tie, blazer and haircuts.
   

2. For overnight trips, all students are required to stay with a host family (billeting) as this is an important part of a Prep Fixture and a genuine life learning experience.    
   

3. Students who have been sick must have one full day of school prior to any Prep Fixture, this counts for both home and away. Students will not be permitted to play in and or travel to a fixture if one full day has not been fulfilled.
   

4. Students who present sick or injured at school on the day of a home fixture or on the day of departure for an away fixture will not be permitted to play in and or travel away.
   

5. For away fixtures, students are permitted to travel back from venues with their parents provided they have let their team coach know well in advance. We ask that if possible this is done prior to the student departing Hereworth.
   

6. Students who have not attended the required per term chapel services and or not meet the behaviour/homework expectations, will not be permitted to take part in a Prep Fixture. 
   

7. Any boy who receives a fatigue within two weeks of a Prep Fixture will not be permitted to travel/take part in the upcoming Fixture.
