More Than a Club – We're a Community

For over 40 years, Howick Softball Club has been bringing people together through a shared love of softball. Based at Meadowlands Reserve in East Auckland, we've grown into one of the region's largest family-focused softball clubs, welcoming players of all ages and abilities.

Whether you're picking up a glove for the very first time, returning to the game after a break, or looking to compete at a higher level, you'll find a place here.

Softball for Everyone

We cater for players from Tee Ball right through to senior grades, with opportunities to play both competitively and socially. Our experienced coaches and dedicated volunteers are passionate about helping every player develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly, enjoy the game.

A Club Built on Family

Many of our members first joined as juniors and now return with their own children, creating generations of softball families. This strong sense of belonging is what makes Howick Softball Club unique. From coaches and volunteers to players and supporters, everyone plays an important role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Proudly Part of Our Community

We're committed to growing the game throughout East Auckland by working alongside local schools, supporting community initiatives, and introducing new players to softball through our Have A Go Days and development programmes.

Our Home

Our home is Meadowlands Reserve, featuring six senior-sized diamonds, including two skinned diamonds, providing quality facilities for weekly competition, training, tournaments, and community events.
