Bar & Special Licence

If you would like to serve alcohol using our bar facilities, a Special Licence is required.

Please note:

The cost of the Special Licence is the responsibility of the hirer.
We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to allow enough time for the application to be processed.
Our Bookings Coordinator will guide you through this process if required.

Please Note

Due to our Multisport Policy, we are unable to accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday celebrations.
A bond is required for all venue hire bookings.
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Howick Softball Club.

We'll confirm your booking details, including hire fees, bond, deposit, any equipment required, and Special Licence requirements (if applicable).

Venue Hire

Our venue hire fees vary depending on the type of event, hire duration, and whether you're a Howick Softball Club member or community group.

Things to Know

A bond is required for all bookings.
If a Special Licence is required for alcohol service, the associated cost is the responsibility of the hirer.
Howick Softball Club teams may use the clubhouse for fundraising events at no venue hire charge. Special Licence costs will still apply if alcohol is being served.
Final hire costs, bond amounts and any required deposits will be confirmed once your booking has been approved.
