HVTBMX CONSTITUTION

This page contains the HVTBMX CONSTITUTION and the Adminstration, Management and Procedures Manual (AMP)

The Incorporated Societies Act 1908 requires every incorporated society to have a set of rules.  This written set of rules is the Hutt Valley Thunderbolts BMX Club Incorporated’s Constitution and is the base document for running our club. It details for our members and others the name, objects, methods of management and other conditions under which our club operates and generally the reasons for its existence.

Our Constitution is however entwined with the Constitution of BMX NZ, of whom we are a member club, and therefore these rules must also be considered. (see their Constitution in a later TAB)

The purpose of the HVT AMP Manual is to record administrative, management and procedural information to assist with the efficient running and operation of the HVT BMX Club.
This manual is designed to sit beneath the Constitution, thus helping to keep the clubs Constitution flexible and easy to operate within.

As a condition of joining the HVT BMX Club, all riders and members have accepted the rules and conditions included in the HVT Constitution and the HVT AMP Manual.

The WRBA Incorporated Manual of Operations and Procedures  (MOP) is designed to sit beneath the Associations Constitution as a subordinate document. The purpose of theMOP is to record and provide guidance or direction on operational or organisational matters pertaining to the member BMX Clubs in the Wellington Region. If any conflicting information exists between these documents the constitution has precedence.

As a condition of joining any one of the Wellington Regions BMX Clubs, riders and members must also accepted the rules and conditions included in the WRBA Constitution and WRBA Manual of Operations and Procedures.

The WRBA MOPs tab will direct you to the manual.
