Click here A training program can be the best in the world but will not yield the desired results if you don’t train with consistency.  A consistent effort is better than periods of sporadic, non-directional efforts.  Too many athletes jump from “program” to “program” in hopes of finding a magic bullet.  The only true “magic bullet” is consistent hard work.  Without that, you aren’t going to reach your potential.

CLUB TRAINING

TRAINING FEE OF $5.00 per rider. Please ensure you pay at the blue container prior to commencing the training session, failure to do so will result in no training. Eftpos Available.  This fee also applies to any open gate session held.  

MONDAY NIGHTS 

5:30PM-6:00PM Sprocket training with Nathan, Sprockets only. 

6pm -  Intermediate/Senior Level Riders with Glen.  $5.00 as noted above.  Entire track facility is CLOSED to ALL other riders during this time.
