A school or club person who abides by the rules of netball and embodies sportsmanship, fairness, ethical behaviour, and courtesy when interacting with teammates, opponents, officials etc and displays grace in victory or defeat.
A club administrator who displays the following qualities: reliability, commitment, loyalty and action-oriented.
- Coach of the Year: - 3 Categories
A coach who has made a significant impact in netball usually has these qualities
- Volunteers their time and does not rely on coaching for an income.
- Has experience coaching at different levels.
- Helps develop players, umpires, and other coaches.
- Is committed to personal growth, participating in NNZ modules or workshops.
- Shows positive coaching behaviours that align with key approaches like Physical Literacy and Player Centred Coaching.
- Coach of the Year – Premier to Senior Reserve B Grades including Men’s
- Coach of the Year – Reserve to Sixth Grades
- Coach of the Year – Secondary School Grades
A school or club volunteer who contributes their time of their own free will, unpaid, and whose help has greatly benefited your netball community.
