ABOUT KIDZPLAY NETBALL

Founded in 1999, Kidzplay Netball is an open netball league for Year 1 – 6 Primary School players based in Albany on Auckland’s North Shore. We offer an environment for children to take part in a team sport, to have the opportunity to have fun while learning ball skills, teamwork, fair play and the pure enjoyment of playing a sport.

Kidzplay Netball offers the following programs:

• Winter Open Netball League - held over Terms 2 & 3
• Spring Open Netball League - held in Term 4

Kidzplay Netball offers netball variants to suit each year level. Year 1 children play a non-competitive league 6-a-side version of netball and Year 2 upwards play 7-a-side netball with a variance to rules that ensure the players grow into the full game as they mature.

All netball takes place at Pinehurst School, 75 Bush Road, Albany. Your school team, or group of friends (not connected to a school) is invited to take part in our league. We look forward to your involvement. Please note this league does not cater for individual players, only registrations of teams are accepted.
