About the Venue:
Our clubrooms and grounds are available for hire for a variety of events — meetings, social functions, community gatherings or corporate sessions. You can hire just the rooms, or combine with green access, bar service, and kitchen facilities.
Available Facilities:
- Main function room/hall (flexible layout: formal or informal)
- Fully functional kitchen, crockery & cutlery (available for use, or caterers can be engaged)
- Licensed bar service (bar person supplied)
- Access to bowling green (for casual play, group sessions or events)
- Tables, chairs, bar
- Parking on site
- Sound system, TV/screens
- WiFi
Hire Options & Conditions:
- Hire is for a set period; fees depend on duration and facilities used (kitchen, bar, green)
- If a bar licence is needed ($65), bar staff will be provided
- During bowling season (October to April), green availability may be limited
- Members receive discounted hire (room hire at 50%). Licence fee remains full rate
- Must accept and follow the club’s health & safety procedures
- Booking requires a signed hire agreement/confirmation form
