Annual General Meeting

Sunday 15th February 4.30 at the Domain. Everyone welcome.

Pre Season Junior Training - Give it a go!

This year we are offering pre season training for players to get back into the flow and for new players and give netball a try before the registrations close. These will be held at Mangawhai Beach School.

Dates:

Thursday 19th Feb: 3-4pm (Years 3-8)

Thursday 26th Feb: 3-4pm (Years 3-8)

Thursday 5th March: 3-4pm (Years 3-6 only, Trial date for Y7-8)

Thursday 12th March: 3-4pm (Years 3-6 only, Trial date for Y7-8)

Trial Dates for Years 7-8

Thursday 5th March: 3-4pm

Thursday 12th March: 3-4pm

Registrations

Registrations Open: Sunday 1 March 2026

Registrations Close: Sunday 15 March 2026

Late expressions of interest will be put on a wait list, spaces are not guaranteed after registrations close.

This is an informative session, Rodney Netball asks that each team send a representative.

Season Start Dates

Seniors Start Date: Friday 2st May 2026 TBC

Juniors Years 5-8 Start Date: Saturday 3rd May 2025 TBC

Juniors Years 1-4 Start Date: Saturday 9th May 2025 TBC

Public Holidays and School Holidays

No games on Kings Birthday

We play on Matariki weekend

Games are played the first weekend of the school holidays. No games in middle and last weekends of the school holidays.

Weekly Training

Starting the first week of Term 2 at Mangawhai Beach School.

Junior Training 3-4pm Thursdays

(Unless otherwise organised by your Coach/team.)

Senior Training is held between 5-7pm Wednesday at the Mangawhai Beach School gym.

Games

All games are played at the Centennial Park Courts in Wellsford.

Junior games are played on Saturday mornings. 

Senior games are played on Friday nights.
