The Seddon Shield is a representative competition between Nelson and Marlborough and formerly Buller/West Coast. for both youth and senior players.

Teams are dependent on number of players in each region. Where possible 1 game will be played for each section.

November 2026: Nelson

Marlborough are the current holders of the newly commissioned in 2025 Seddon Shield. 

A beautiful Taonga crafted by our very own Joe Collins. 

Joe comes from a whanau with strong connections to softball in Marlborough, although residing in Whakatu, his roots are here in Waiharakeke and we are very proud and honoured to hold this Taonga aloft for the first time.
