The SKYCITY Hamilton Waikato Women’s team have announced their team for their final Farah Palmer Cup round robin match against North Harbour at QBE Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Head coach Wayne Maxwell has made five changes to the match day 23. In the front row there are only two changes, Tanya Kalounivale, returns to the starting side after a rest week. Kalounivale takes over at tighthead prop with Awhina Tangen-Wainohu switching to the other side of the scrum to start at loosehead prop.
The only change to the backline has Rina Paraone coming back into the starting XV. Paraone comes off the bench and trades places with Danielle Paenga to start at centre.
In the reserves, Awa Whitiora-Te Uira, has been named in the match day 23 for the first time this season and will have a chance to add to her Waikato caps from the bench.
