Hardship Fund
This season we’ve established a hardship fund.
We appreciate the cost of living has skyrocketed, and for many families sport has become an optional cost they cannot justify.
As a club, we do our very best to keep our fees affordable – you’ll find we are one of the cheapest clubs and sports around! Season fees include a playing jacket, jersey and mouthguard. All players have access to the boot-swap box, where you can swap a pair of boots you’ve outgrown for a preloved pair that fits. We accept all preloved boots in good condition.
We’ve waived our fees for the Year 0/1 rippa grade, so that every child has the opportunity to give rugby a go. Fees can also be paid in instalments if necessary.
We’ve now included the option to make a koha (donation) to our hardship fund via our registration payment page. Fees-free Year 0/1 players may wish to make a small donation towards the cost of helping another player in a grade that requires fee payment. Perhaps you're a long-time supporter of the club, but your players have now moved on to college. Koha can also be made to our bank account directly: 03-0502-0195952-00
Should you wish to apply to the hardship fund for help with costs this season, please send us a confidential email: newlandsrugbyclub@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to find a solution.
