Classes/students: cricket pitch (classes will assemble on the field at 1.25pm, following lunch). Spectators: field to the right of the cricket pitch. .
The children are to return to the pitch after their races and remain there until the end of the event.
Procedure for taking your child/ren home after Cross Country In line with our new procedure for signing children in and out of school please comply with the following instructions.
- Children must return to their rooms with their teacher at the completion of the last race.
- Parents may then go to the room/s to pick up their child/children.
- Parents must sign a roll held by the teacher (rather than the book in the office).
This means a proper roll check can take place without the teacher having to remember how many parents have spoken to them about taking their child. For the safety of our children it is important for the school to be aware of which children have left in the care of their parents.
