Cancellation Process
In the event of bad weather the cancellation process is as follows:

Communication of cancelled games will be posted to members via
- HVSA website
- HVSA Facebook
- Email/text message to club secretary
Demons Club secretary will send txt to team coaches\managers and update our Demons Facebook page
If there are no cancellations and the weather is still grim at game time, games will be called at the diamond by the allocated umpire.
