Transport

Driving is an area where care must be taken.
Rowers driving to trainings must be within their licence restrictions and have full parent permission.
Transportation of other rowers to training at ORC must be within license restrictions and have full approval from both parents
A rower, regardless of driving qualification will be prohibited from transporting other rowers to/from and during regattas and camps.
Travel to regattas is via mini vans together with fully licensed parent drivers.
The use of the school mini-van, or hire van, is a privilege and therefore must be treated with care and kept clean and tidy. Seatbelts must be worn at all times and road rules (including keeping to the speed limit) must be adhered to.

A school rower regardless of driving qualifications is prohibited from transporting other school rowers to or from regattas.
