Why choose Papatoetoe AFC?
Papatoetoe AFC was established in 1959 and grew to become one of the top clubs in New Zealand, catering to all levels of football from junior to senior, social and talent which it still does today This breadth of age and skill level means we are able to nurture our players as they progress through the grades to the highest club level.
We have dedicated club facilities at Murdoch Park and enjoy a long standing connection to the community we serve. The valuable contribution of our members and families is the cornerstone to our ongoing success.
Registrations
Registrations are done online, see Registration tab on home page. A copy of your birth certificate, passport, Driver Licence or student ID is required. Those registered in 2025 will receive a personalised link to register in February 2026.
A "no pay no play" policy is being implemented for the 2026 season. Various options will be available for payment.
We start registrations early as our team entries need to be with our Federation in March. The 2026 season will start in April for seniors and May for juniors/youth. Therefore please register and pay early.
Fees 2026
Juniors (the age you turn during the year is the grade you play)
- First Kicks 5th-7th grade (4-7 years) $80
- Fun Football 8th-9th grade (8-9 years) $90
- Mini Football 10th-12th grade (10-12 years) $135
- Youth Football 13-19th grade (13-19 years) $155
- Each additional child maximum $80 (brothers or sisters in family)
Seniors
The club is a not for profit organisation run by volunteers. The fees we charge contribute towards the levies we pay our regional and national bodies, training/playing equipment, playing strip, coaching courses and the club's operating expenses.
