PNZA Constitution Clause 15 - The Board may make and amend Bylaws for the conduct and control of PNZA’s activities and codes of conduct applicable to Members. Any Bylaw must be consistent with this Constitution, the Purposes, the Act and any other laws.  All Bylaws are binding on PNZA and the Members.
