Monday is open social play from 10.30am-12.30pm

Tuesdays there is a coaching session for new players and players wanting to improve their game. 10.30am to 12.30pm. New members are encouraged to attend these sessions.

Wednesdays is open social play from 12.30pm-2.30pm

Thursdays there is a drills and skills training session for players with a DUPR over 3,0 or those who are court 2 and above

Friday League players. 10.30am to 12.30pm with entry via Facebook, limited to 36 players.

Saturday morning session from 11.00am-1.00pm is by  invitation only for advanced players.

Saturday afternoon open social play is from 2.00pm-5.00pm.

Over summer we have outdoor sessions at the Pukekohe Netball Courts, Queen Street, Pukekohe.
