ABOUT US

The club was established in 1998 and we currently based at the Tiraumea Reserve, Pakuranga off the Tamaki estuary, Auckland City.

We welcome all ages and abilities to our club with the philosophy to support this rapidly growing sport in New Zealand and to promote the physical, social and overall holistic benefits of waka ama also known as Outrigging.  In recent years our membership has seen a sustained increase due to marketing by our members and thus a renewed interest in the sport of waka ama  in our local community.
