PAKURANGA OUTRIGGING CANOE CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Step 1 is to fill out one of our forms and read the waiver.
If you are interested in trying it out feel free to reach out to one of our Coaches or Managers Staff for a no obligation month trial.
If you wish to join as a member please follow the procedures below:
1. Fill out the New Paddler form in the tab above.
2. Pay membership fees to the manager or coach of the team you have joined.
3. If you are renewing your membership with POCC, fill in the renewal 2025-2026 form in
the POCC Registration tab and pay your fees to your manager or coach.
4. Club equipment is available while you are trialing our sport, then you would be expected to purchase your own paddle and PFD. Ask your manager for contacts for these items.
CLUB FEES:
The season fees are set out for you in seasons, please ask your manager or coach if you are unsure which fees you are paying. Fees do not include NKOA or AROCA affiliation fees and are set out below, these must be added onto club fees.
Full season membership fees 1st October to 30th September
- Senior (20 years and over) $160 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($32)= total $192.00
- Junior (14 to 19 years) $90 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($19)= total $110.00
- Intermediate (13 years and under) $60 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($12)= total $72.00
- Social Sunday Paddlers = $50
Summer season membership fees 1st October to 31st March
- Senior $100 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($32)= total $132.00
- Junior $50 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($19)= total $69.00
- Intermediate/Midget $40 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($12)= total $52.00
- Social Sunday Paddlers = $50
Winter season membership fees 1st April to 30th September (All memberships for this season will prorata from the date of joining for this membership season).
- Senior $80 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($32)= total $112.00
- Junior $42.50 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($19)= total $61.50
- Intermediate/Midget $40 + NKOA Fee and AROCA Fee ($12)= total $52.00
- Social Sunday Paddlers =$50
NKOA affiliation fees are paid by all paddlers each year. NEW fee increase starting for the 2025-2026 season.
These fees must be paid with your club fees, the current season is set at:
$17 per Open/Senior (20 years and over)
$14 per Junior (14 to 19 years)
$7 per Midget/Intermediate (13 years and under)
AROCA affilation fees are paid by all paddlers each year. These fees must be paid with your club and NKOA fees, the current season is set at:
$15 per Open/Senior (20 years and over) New fee increase from 2024.
$5 per Junior (14 to 19 years)
$5 per Midget/Intermediate (13 years and under)
