Equestrian Team
Reporoa College has an Equestrian team which participates actively in any school equestrian events in the wider area. This includes showjumping in Te Teko and at St Peters College in Hamilton, eventing locally at the National Equestrian Centre, the annual Central Plateau gymkhana and even dressage on occasion.
We are very lucky to be located so close to the National Equestrian Centre, with more events being offered all the time to secondary schools at this stunning and very well equipped location, including the new North Island Secondary Schools Equestrian Championships.
Our team varies from year to year in size, however our enthusiasm and support for each other stays strong. It is a great way for riders (and horses) of all abilities to gain more experience in a relaxed and supportive environment.
