Croquet is an outdoor, light, recreational lawn sport using a mallet to hit balls through a series of hoops.
Croquet can be played by people of all ages and abilities No experience necessary.
It can be played as both a singles or doubles game, either socially or competitively.
There are two versions of croquet played throughout NZ. Association Croquet is the traditional game and Golf Croquet is the more recent game which is becoming very popular due to the speed and ease of learning to play it.
Both games combine tactical ability with thoughtful strategies for a challenging experience.
