Training is held on Monday and Wednesday nights at the Renwick Community Hall (High Street).

Junior class runs from 5.30 to 6.30 pm (5-12 years), while Senior class is 6.30 to 7.30 pm (teens/adults).

The first four lessons are free, so come along in comfortable clothing and give it a go!  

Doboks can be purchased through the club.

You are expected to turn up to training with your dobok clean and ironed. No jewellery is to be worn, and nails need to be  kept short.  Remember your mouth guard and drink bottle!

Subs are $30 per month for one member, or $45 per month per family (up to 3 members).  These are sent out by invoice.
