Last year Spartans Softball Club Incorporated introduced its constitution.  This can be found HERE

The following are extracts from that document to help with the upcoming AGM

• Remits and notice of motions must be in the hands of the secretary fourteen (14) days before the meeting

• Nominations for Officers of the club, must be in the hands of the secretary seven (7) days before the meeting

• Life membership nomination forms must be with the secretary fourteen (14) days before the meeting

You can find printable forms on this page.  These forms are for nominating members at the AGM, and LIfe Member nomination forms and alterations to the consititution.

Spartans Softball Club Inc have updated their constitution and will be putting this forward at the AGM for acceptance and adoption.
