Last year Spartans Softball Club Incorporated introduced its constitution.  This can be found HERE

The following are extracts from that document to help with the upcoming AGM

• Remits and notice of motions must be in the hands of the secretary fourteen (28) days before the meeting  CLICK HERE

• Nominations for Officers of the club, must be in the hands of the secretary seven (14) days before the meeting  CLICK HERE

• Life membership nomination forms must be with the secretary fourteen (14) days before the meeting CLICK HERE
