Event Permit Applications

Event Permit Applications are submitted and processed through the Sporty Event Management System, where they are reviewed and approved by Speedway NZ. For more information click here. 

Club Calendar

Display the Speedway NZ National calendar on your website and customise it to show only the events relevant to your club by filtering by club, location, and event type. Competitors can register directly from the calendar, making it quick and easy to enter events. For more information click here.

Event Entries

Once an event permit application has been approved, an event entry form will be automatically created. The form will be pre-populated with details and fees from the approved permit, amd you can customise it further by adding your own questions and products to suit your event. Event entries will be reviewed and approved by the event organiser.

Driver Clearances

When a driver is approved for an event, the system checks if ther home track has a conflicting event on the same day. If a conflict exists, a clearance request is automatically sent to the driver's home track to approve or decline. For more information click here.
