AN OVERVIEW

 
​​​​​​​We welcome visitors to our bowling roll-ups.  Whether you are visiting from a different place or someone interested in trying out bowls, please feel free to come along to a roll-up session and join us.

Be at the green by 1.10 pm. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Play starts at 1.30 pm. Wear flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing.

We have spare bowls available for visitors and our coach is happy to teach.  The green fee is just $5. 
 
Roll-ups take place every Wednesday and Saturday during the summer season.  In summer months we often have an extra evening session starting at 4.00 pm followed by a fish and chip supper in the clubroom.

Twilight bowls is due to start  - to be advised.

We have a natural grass green, so play is not possible in the winter.

​​​​​​​We would like to emphasise that bowling is not just for oldies!  It is a great game played by young and old alike.  National teams are dominated by young players.  So do not think that you have to be retired to enjoy playing bowls.
