All children will have an equal opportunity to participate in sport at St Mary's School.

Careful consideration is given to the selection of all sports teams.  Team selection is based on the following criteria:

-  Age and/or year group

-  Number of registrations

-  Previous experience

-  Conditions as specified by outside sporting organisations

- Availability of coaches

- Teams are selected by the St Mary's Sports Department, or an outside body if deemed necessary.
