Fun Football (U8s & U9s)
- U8s & U9s Mixed (5 v 5) - (Players born in 2017 and 2018)
Mini Football (U10-U12)
- U10s Mixed (7 v 7) - 2 x 24 minute games (Players born in 2016)
- U11s Mixed (7 v7) - 1 x 50 minute game (Players born in 2015)
- U12s Mixed (9 v 9) - 1 x 56 minute game (Players born in 2014)
- U13s Mixed (9 v 9) - 1 x 56 minute game (Players born in 2013)
All games are played on a Saturday mornings, except U13s which will be played on Sunday mornings.
The time and location for each week’s game(s) is determined by a draw published by Capital Football, which can be found here.
Players are placed into teams at the start of the season. We aim to place players with their friends or with children from the same school. These teams will be coached by a volunteer. Teams train once per week and play games every Saturday in the local competition run by Captial Football.
From U11s grade upwards, a regional league is introduced for
Season Details
Season start: (TBC - late April or early May)
Season end: (TBC - late August)
Games: Saturday mornings for mixed, Sunday for girls, (and occasionally but rarely Friday evenings) at a time and location depending on the weekly draw published by Capital Football.
Trainings: Training times will be confirmed by each team.
Typically, Football is scheduled on the first and last weekend of the school holidays, there are no games on the middle weekend of the school holidays.

Players need to have their own:
- Black FC shorts.
- Gold football socks.
- Football boots.
- Shin pads.
We do not sell gear at Stop Out, please purchase uniform via Football Central. Boots and shinpads can be purchased from most sporting stores.
The club provides all teams with the following gear at the beginning of the season (which is to be returned at the end of the season):
- Stop Out playing shirts.
- Bibs.
- Balls and cones.
