Our senior club currently comprises:
Premier (Division 1), Premier Reserve (Division 2), Colts Premier and the Saracens (social grade).
Senior games are played Saturday afternoons, with usually every second game a home game.

Medical Supplies and Physio Support
Motus Health Physiotherapy hold strapping clinics every Saturday morning for senior teams so please speak to your team manager for more details on times. Senior teams will be provided with strapping tape, however the Club will monitor allocation of this. Teams will be provided with a first aid kit.
Mouthguards are compulsory for all players.

Senior Prizegiving Dinner and Awards Presentation
Each year at the end of the season a formal senior dinner is held in association with our senior prizegiving. Our life members, sponsors, players, coaches and partners are invited to attend this celebratory event held at the Sydenham clubrooms.
