Basic rules of flag football

• 5 players per team.
• Each drive starts at your own 5-yard line.
• 4 downs to get to halfway, 4 downs to score.
• Removing a player's flag constitutes a tackle.
• 6 points for a touchdown, 1 extra point from 5 yards out, 2 extra points from 10 yards.
• "Blitzing" the quarterback is allowed as long as the blitzing player(s) start at least 7 yards behind the line of scrimmage.
