Sam Bartholomew

Pathways Manager

Sam leads the implementation of our Pathways Strategy and works closely with the staff to ensure that all our programmes provide a clear and transparent pathway for all of our members – players, coaches, officials and managers. In addition to this he is responsible for the development and support of coaches from SPL, club and representative teams and also player development of our U16, U18 and NHC programmes. He also works closely with Darren at Mavericks to ensure that our pathways are aligned.

Barbara Wood

 Competitions Administrator

Barb is the first point of contact and catch all of everything in the competition space for our winter competition and summer hockey programmes including registrations, providing support with Play HQ queries, organising and training the coordinators for the competition days, draws, etc and, not to forget, turf bookings.

Coaching Development Officer

Kelly is responsible for the development and support of our foundation coaches in the primary, intermediate and the secondary school championship grade space. She works closely with Sam to ensure that all coaches have access to development opportunities. She also has 10 hours a week that is spent in the officiating space supporting Lachie and the team and other special community development projects as required.

 Community Engagement & Particpation Manager

Lachie has a primary focus on our entry level programmes – Have a Go and FunSticks programmes which are delivered in schools across the WBOP, holiday programmes and player development programmes for our Under 14's. He also supports key volunteers in our official space who facilitate our umpire programmes and allocations through the season.

Pratima Patel

Accounts & Office Manager 

Pratima is responsible for the finanical areas of the Association with accounts receviable and payables, representative budgets and logistics, newsletters and wages. She is also works closely with our operational contractors making sure our facility is well groomed and looked after.
