A bit about Tauranga Sports Club

Tauranga Sports Club Inc was established in 1988, from the amalgamation of Tauranga Old Boys and Otumoetai Cadets.

Our club is the Junior Rugby Club has been one of the strongest over the past decade. With one of the largest player bases in across the region boasting 18+ teams. These teams range from U6 - U13's. 

The Senior Rugby Club has the Colts, Senior Reserve, Premier Development and Premiers. They love to see the Junior Raptors out there supporting thier games on the sidelines too. 

Tauranga Sports has had many national, super and provinical players. Players making higher honours include Sam Cane (All Blacks, Chiefs, Steamers), Carl Axtens, Luke Braid, Kaleb Trask, Leroy Carter and Lucas Cashmore (NZ U20's) and Toby Arnold and Leroy Carter (All Blacks Sevens) to names a few. 

Whilst rugby is a major part of the club we also have a verty strong Netball Club.

An all inclusive community club where we encourage SAFE & FAIR PLAY,  a club that is family orientated and has strong values, respecting each other and the wider community as a whole.
