Every marshal will have a radio and will be on the course at various points and road crossings. Should a team member need help, first try to call the phone number given on your maps, if no coverage is available, please head to your nearest marshal. Teams must help other teams if required. In the event you cannot leave a team member or you are a solo competitor, six short sharp blows on your whistle are the signal for help. Any team hearing this must inform the race organisers or marshals as soon as they can.
FARMS
To be able to run this event, we are lucky to have been given permission from the farm owners. Please be respectful of their property.
Do not disturb any stock, do not enter a paddock with a mob of cows/calves in it (no control points will be in a paddock with cattle).
Leave gates as you find them, if you need to climb over a gate please do at the hinge end.
Please carry out all of your rubbish.
Possession of these maps on race day does not mean personal access to these farms outside of raceday.

There is to be no biking or walking along the public roads. There are several compulsory crossing points that will be staffed by marshals. These compulsory crossing points are the only available places to cross roads. Any team seen travelling along a road or not using a crossing point may be disqualified. Competitors must abide by the marshals at these crossings. There will be some unmanned crossing points, please check the road for traffic before crossing. No traffic will be stopped at any point during the race.
DOGS
There are to be NO dogs on or around the course or at the start/finish and parking areas. Please keep them at home.
MARSHALS
