Tuakau Wanderers 

The Wanderers are the Senior Mens 1st Team. 

In 2024, they played in Division 5, finishing in the top 3 in the first round and then the injury struck squad struggled in the top 6 finishing mid table at the end of it all. The Wanderers are in their 3rd year under Coach Muni Nadar who previously captained the Wanderers squad for 4 years including a league winning season in 2022. The squad was rebuilt in 2024 and if not for injuries, they could've ended up with more silverware over the years. They didn't walk away empty handed as they ended the year winning the Innaugral Jimmy Sparks Tournament in dramatic last minute fashion in 2024. 

In 2025 the Wanderers stayed in Division 5 and once again if not for injuries and lack of squad depth, the team would be very much challenging for the League and Cup, finishing 4th in the League and losing in the Plate Quarter Finals. The team did not lose a game since Mid June through to the end of September where we had a full squad available. 

Wanderers are looking to build on last year and increase their squad depth to deal with the long season ahead. Trainings are Tuesday nights at 6.45pm at Dr John Lightbody reserve will start on January 13th 2026.
