Training & Game Times

Fun Sticks - Year 1 and 2

Sunday 9-10am at Wanaka Rec Centre 8th, 15th and 22nd May with further optional "mini festivals" at other turfs to finish 3 July with "big bang festival".

Minis Sticks - Year 3 and 4

Games 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th May, 12th, 19th, 26th June and 3 July in either Wanaka, Cromwell, or Queenstown 

Practice Wednesday’s at 3.30-4.30pm at Mount Aspiring College starting second week of term 2.

Kiwi Sticks - Year 5 and 6

Training Thursdays 3.30-4.30pm at the Wanaka Rec Centre starting second week of term 2.

Games Mondays at Wanaka, Queenstown and Cromwell on  9th 16th 23rd 30th May, 13th 20th 27th June and 4th July

Kwik Sticks - Year 7 and 8

Two grades beginning 10th and 11th May respectively.

Open Grade games are Tuesdays in Wanaka, Cromwell and Queenstown.

Training either Wednesday 3.45-5.00pm or Thursday 4.45-5.45pm (depending on number of teams) at the Wanaka Rec Centre starting second week of term 2.

Participation grade games are Wednesdays in Wanaka, Cromwell and Queenstown.

Training Tuesdays 3.45-5.00pm starting second week of term 2.


Senior Reserve B Girls - Year 9-13 and boys U16 

Training: Tuesdays 6.00-7.00pm

Games: Cromwell Thursday evenings and Sunday afternoons. Competition starts 12th May.


Senior Reserve A - Years 10-13 - Subject to Selection Following Trial

Training Tuesdays 7-8.00pm or Wednesdays 6-7.00pm depending on which team you are on.

Games: Cromwell Fridays starting 13th May.

Training: Thursdays 6-7.00pm

Games Cromwell Saturday afternoons

Warm up games 7th and 14th May, then competition 21st May through to 13th August.

Senior Men

Training Thursdays 7-8.00 pm

Games Monday evenings in Cromwell.

Warm up games 28th March and 4th April and 11 April.Competition begins 2nd May.

Senior Reserve A Trials

Trials for the Senior Reserve A team will be held on 30 March at Cromwell turf from 6.00-7.30pm.

Students in years 10-13 are invited to trial.

Given the impact of COVID-19 and the isloation requirements, the Club will look at holding a second trial date to accommodate those who can't attend first time round.

Where numbers are high,, preference will be given to those players in years 11-13 who, because their age are ineligible to play for Senior Reserve B, and would otherwise miss out.
