Part of the Underwater Hockey Executive since 2017. Treasurer from 2017 - 2023, appointed as President in 2023.


A player since 2003, Lisa attended Trans Tasmans in 2007 and Aussie Nationals in 2009 as part of the NZ Development Squads. After 2 years living in Edinburgh, she returned to Hamilton in NZ where she has been Club Treasurer since 2015.

Now a mother of 3 boys and with a husband-to-be, Lisa has returned to playing and is hoping to be in the NZ Women’s Masters team in 2021 as player-manager.

Lisa is a Chartered Accountant, and has worked for Ernst & Young, Lloyd's Banking Group and is currently working part-time at Fonterra.

Secretary

Coral Dolman

Part of the Underwater Hockey Executive since 2017 as Secretary.

Coral has been playing for around 30 years and has been helping with UWH tournaments since 2004. She is a Level 2 Referee and enjoys getting people involved with the sport. 

Coral works for Bunnings Trade & has held multiple roles in that time. Current role is Account Manager.

Coral received the UWHNZ service award in 2005 & again in 2014.

Treasurer

Tony Colquhoun

Part of the Underwater Hockey Executive since 2009 and has undertaken numerous roles including Competitions Co-ordinator, Treasurer and President from 2016 to 2019.

An experienced International Referee, Tournament Referee and Tournament Director Tony has been involved in the delivery of most UWHNZ tournaments in the past 10 years.

An accountant by trade he is currently employed as a Project Manager in the Insurance Industry

Tony received the UWHNZ service award in 2009 & was awarded Life Membership in 2022.

Tristan Reynard

Tristan is the current President for the National federation for all Underwater Sports in New Zealand. Tristan holds the Sports portfolio for NZUA Board and has been a member of NZUA Board since 2013. Tristan is a director on several boards, a member of the institute of directors as well as a Chartered Engineer.


Tristan has been an executive member on the Underwater Hockey committee since 1995 having held various portfolios including Chairman.  Since 2009, Tristan has held the World Tournament Director role on the CMAS Underwater Hockey Commission. 


Tristan is an outstanding sports administrator as well as international player and World Championship winning coach. Tristan has been recognised with awards from College Sport Wellington and New Zealand Secondary School Sports Council as well as life memberships of Wellington Underwater Hockey Association and Underwater Hockey New Zealand.

Rebecca Brosnan

A true underwater hockey devotee, Rebecca has been involved in the sport for in excess of 30 years and continues to give her time and expertise to help the sport grow and develop.

As one of our most capped female players, she has represented New Zealand many times as a player since 1991 and more recently coached the NZ women’s team to World Championship gold. Her passion for the sport is only exceeded by her to determination to see others excel and gives what time she has, to being a players voice on the executive, supporting several clubs in their administration, and coaching a number of schools and club teams.

A mother of 2, a Level 2 Referee, and a Regional Manager of Nelson/Marlborough Medlab South Laboratories, Rebecca’s time is always in demand but she never hesitates to give energy to Underwater Hockey.

Whether it is above the water or below the water, the Brosnan name is synonymous with the sport.

Rob Feist

Rob started playing Underwater Hockey Invercargill, in the ‘80’s, and competed in the World Championships in Durban,1996, in the NZ Masters team, and as Representative Referee. In addition, he has refereed the sport both domestically and internationally since 1985 and was Tournament Referee for the CMAS World Champs in Christchurch in 2004. His involvement as Referee Selector, Mentor and evaluator at World Champs continues with input into development of Referee training both here and around the World. He has trained Referees in Australia, Singapore, Philippines, and USA.

Rob has filled various roles in the Underwater Hockey committee / executive in its various forms including Vice President, Treasurer, Webmaster, Referee Training Coordinator, and committee member, as well as having served on the New Zealand Underwater board.

Rob is a self-employed commercial diver and owns and operates Divepro Ltd, a construction diving company based in Dunedin where he lives.

Cameron Manuel-Arnold


Joined UWHNZ Executive Committee in 2023.

Cameron began playing in Year 8 in the WUHA mini-league competition.  He quickly developed a love of the sport.

Cameron achieved Bronze for New Zealand in the 2017 U19 Men's team and has represented both Wellington (his home base) and Christchurch (while at University) at National levels.  He is also a level 1 referee and is considering moving to a level 2 ref.

He has taken an active role in the Christchurch Underwater Hockey scene since he arrived in Christchurch in 2018.  His roles in the club include Social Coordinator; Schools Committee member; Coaching Coordinator and Cameron developed a player handbook specifically for the Christchurch club. In 2023, Cameron was been elected President of Christchurch Underwater Hockey.

Cameron is using his knowledge from his Bachelor of Sports Coaching (Performance Analysis & Sport Psychology) while he is the Assistant Coach of the NZ U19 Women's team which will be heading to Worlds in 2024.  He also coached some Wellington College, Central U18, Christchurch & South Island, teams.

Cameron is currently working towards his Masters in Sports Psychology.
