Please follow these instructions to update the domain name records (DNS zone records) for your domain name. 

Login to your domain name registrar or name server host to set the DNS zone records for the domain. This is most commonly the domain Registrar you currently pay for your domain name eg. VentraIP, Crazy Domains, GoDaddy, Namecheap.

A. To update a main website domain name including www subdomain eg. http://www.yourdomain.com.au

i) Create a CNAME record: www.yourdomain.com.au that points to sporty-au-production.trafficmanager.net
Note that a CNAME record or an A record may already exist for www.yourdomain.com.au in which case it should be deleted/replaced by this new CNAME record

ii) Create another CNAME record: awverify.yourdomain.com.au that points to awverify.sportsgroundredirectionauproduction.azurewebsites.net

iii) Configure the A-Record:  yourdomain.com.au to IP address 13.73.118.104

iv) Create a TXT record:  asuid.yourdomain.com.au   0F91EEE333BBD57632ACF4EF233A394AE4C174DBC071EC8A9CD95834560676F2

v) Create another TXT record:  asuid.www.yourdomain.com.au    0F91EEE333BBD57632ACF4EF233A394AE4C174DBC071EC8A9CD95834560676F2
Note TXT records may already exist. Please leave in place existing TXT records.

Please leave any MX records in place so email is not impacted

When you update the DNS zone records it will display a blue screen (screen shot below) and the site will be unavailable until the records are set at our end. Therefore, we request you to please make the DNS changes as late in the day as possible to minimise any downtime. We will then update the configuration in Microsoft Azure at our end.
