Learner Pool session times:
6.00pm - 6.20 pm
6.20pm - 6.40pm
6.40pm - 7.00pm

Main Pool session times:
6.00pm - 6.30pm
6.30pm - 7.00pm
7.00pm - 7.30pm
7.30pm - 8.00pm
7.00pm - 8.00pm (1 hour squad)

Important Dates for this Season:

Timing Night - Monday, 15th December 2025

ALL 6.30pm, 7.00pm and 7.30pm swimmers qualify for this
(No Learners or 6.00pm lessons this night)

You must have attended at least 10 lessons across the entire season to qualify for distance swims

You can only swim a distance and stroke that you have NOT previously done at a distance swim night - you need to swim either a different stroke OR distance each year​​​​​​​
