Waikato Canoe Slalom​​​​​​​

The Matamata Kayak Club was set up in 2021 to promote and support the development of kayaking and canoe slalom in the Matamata Piako area.  In 2025 we changed our name to Waikato Canoe Slalom to better reflect our members and our coverage area.

You only need to bring togs, thermal (or wetsuit) and a towel.  We provide all of the gear; kayak, pfd, paddle and helmets.
