CODE OF CONDUCT


1. REGISTRATION & PERSONAL INFORMATION:

  • All players are required to complete an Online or Hard Copy Registration form and provide all compulsory details, Compulsory details are those marked with an asterix*
  • Hard Copy Registration forms will be transferred to the Online Registration form.
  • Personal information as per the Privacy Act 1993, is held by Waikohu Sports Club and is not copied or shared with any other entity or persons outside the Club and is available to:
    • The Coach and/or Manager of the players’ respective team,
    • The Club Executive – President, Secretary, Treasurer
    • The Online Administrator
    • Club Delegate (Where necessary)

2. FEES:

  • Players will be notified and reminded of current fee amount at muster (February/March) of the current year and thereafter at trainings and/or game times
  • Fees include:
    • Association season fees
    • Officials/Umpire costs
    • Court Hire (Training Nights which include lights)
    • Uniform hire fee*
    • Waikohu Sports club fees (Includes; equipment, first aid etc.)

3. CODE OF CONDUCT:

  • Play for fun and enjoyment of the Game
  • When you are wearing theWaikohu Sports Club uniform you are to represent our club with pride
  • Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person
  • Respect each players potential
  • Be a positive role model for netball and players
  • Encourage Fair Play
  • Communicate to your coach/manager where required
  • Play equally hard for yourself and your team. Your team's performance will benefit and so will you.

*Please note that uniforms are to be returned at the end of the season in a good condition (as determined by Waikohu Sports Committee). 

Failure to return uniform or if the uniform is in poor condition the player will be fined for the cost of a replacement uniform which is $95.00.  

Failure to repay fine may affect future memebership with Waikohu Sports Club.
