Membership

Membership Options we have avaiable:

Full Membership – $175 per year

means a person who wishes to enjoy the playing and non playing rights and previleges of being a club member, including life members and students. Only playing members are entitledto play at other affifiliated clubs under the Waipawa bowling club name and enter Club external tournaments, Club championships, Centre, Regional and/or National tournaments 

Limited Playing member – $120 per year

means a person who wishes to play bowls at their club only or a member of another club who wishes to be a limited player. The rights and previleges of membership as a Limited playing member shall be specified in the consitution, regulations and/or rules of the club, but cannot extend beyound specific internal club tournaments and events.

1. are not entitled to play in open tournaments or to represent the club in club championships, centre or national events that progress to a centre or national championships. 

Associate Playing Member - $120 per year 

a player who is a full memberof another club comes under the same criteria as a Limited player and is eligible to play at club days and club internal tournaments. To play in club championships or represent the club in open any open tournamentthey must be a full playing member of the Waipawa Bowling club  

First Year Players - $120 per year 

Can play in club days junior chamionships, club trophy events, interclub, junior open tournaments and open tournaments at other clubs, club open and closing days, and casual events and activities. Bowlers are encouraged to play in club junior chamionships only and must be approved to play in Club Open and BHB open tournaments (coaches/selectors)

Casual Member / Social Non playing members - $40 per year  

Casual - means a person particapates in any bowling event or competition held by the club who is not a Full Playing, Limited Playing or Non Playing member

Social -means a person who does not wish to play bowls at the club, but wishes to enjoy an on going association with the club including particapating in social activities. (person must be signed into the club visitors book)

Club Tops – $47 each
