ARENA BOOKINGS 
1.  Bookings are for members only and should be for lessons only.  If you are just wishing     to go to the club for schooling then the arena will need to be shared with other                     members who are riding at the time. If someone has booked the arena for the purpose         of lessons then you will need to ride somewhere else on the grounds while their lesson       takes place. One hour bookings per person only, not back to back, unless its for                     group/riding club lessons please

1a.  Remember that every person riding at our club has to have the correct helmet safety tag - red.  The tags are available at club nights (Thursday 5.30-7pm) if yours is not taggged you can bring it down and get it tagged.  If you are bringing anyone who is a non member to ride YOU are responsible for having them sign the health and saftey document which is in the glass box down on the end of the club house.  YOU are also responsible to make sure their ground fee is paid.  It can be paid into the club account or you can collect it and give it to a committee member.  These 3 things are non negotiable and are required to keep our club covered under the Health and Safety regulations.

2.  The Arena can't be booked between 4.00pm - 6.00pm on week days.

3.  Booking's "MUST" be made 24 hours in advance.

4.  Bookings can only be made through Lorraine Byrne (see front page for contact details)

5.  Bookings can only be made by fully paid up members.

6.  When using the arena please ensure that jump poles are not left on the ground.  Please put them back on the jump stands.
