CLUB FACILITIES & AMENITIES

CAR PARKING - There is plenty of car parking for Club and Marina use.

ACCOMMODATION - Find out about accommodation in the Whangaroa area here.

FREE WIFI - We offer free wifi to visiting patrons. The password can be obtained from the bar.

SUPPLIES - Our nearest township Kaeo has essentials and is a 10 minute drive from the club. 

FUEL - Diesel is available on the Clansman Wharf at Whangaroa (BP or Diners Fuel Card required) also Totara North across the harbour (Mobil Card required).

DIVE FILLS - Nearest fill is Waipapa at Waipapa Dive Shop and is a 30 minute drive from the club.

Welcome to the Whangaroa Sport Fishing Club

We warmly welcome members, affiliated club members, and their guests to enjoy all that our Club has to offer.

Nestled on the picturesque foreshore of the historic Whangaroa Harbour, our location is surrounded by dramatic cliff faces, deep-water coves, and sheltered inlets—providing ideal anchorage and world-class fishing opportunities.

BAR HOURS

Our bar is open daily, providing a relaxed spot to unwind.

Join us every Friday from 6pm to 7pm for Happy Hour—the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

HOOKED ON WHANGAROA CAFE 

Our café serves both an à la carte menu and light snacks, highlighting the finest seafood our harbour has to offer. Open to members and the public.

We are proudly affiliated with Clubs New Zealand, the New Zealand Sport Fishing Council (NZSFC) and the International Game Fish Association (IGFA).Our annual competition calendar includes a variety of tournaments—from big game to bottom fishing—with multiple categories and fantastic prizes up for grabs.
