Est. 2002 by Andrew and James Beetham. 

The Wildcats Lacrosse Club is a small club in West Auckland offering lacrosse for men and women of all ages and abilities. 

Lacrosse is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and is growing rapidly here in Aotearoa.  Our goal as a club is to champion the growth of the game in West Auckland and break down all financial and social barriers that would otherwise prevent young men and women from playing.  

So that everyone can come and try this exciting sport, we offer all the necessary safety gear for the men and offer training opportunities for people of all abilities.  We have Development and Premier teams for both men and women, coached by experienced former and current NZ Representative players and coaches.  If you’re a male and don’t feel like padding up to try lacrosse, we run mixed/all gender Social Lacrosse open days and tournaments at Western Districts Hockey Club.

Our club encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, positive coaching, having fun and honouring the game. We want to provide a positive environment to enable young men to learn and excel while instilling values of integrity, pride and respect for others.
