Powerlifting - (3 lift: squat, bench, deadlift)
Single Bench Press
Push-'n'-Pull (2 lift: bench & deadlift)
Choice of Classic (raw) or Equipped
Parapowerlifting (single bench press)

Apparel

Registered - must comply with WP apparel rules. To set records must have been a financial member for a minimum of 6 months (180 days)

Qualifying for World Championships

If you are considering representing New Zealand at the World Champs at the end of this year then competing at Nationals will enhance you chances of being selected to represent NZ.

Weigh-in: 8.00am and 12.00pm
