*Organise meetings in liaison with president and advertise them
*Write and distribute an agenda, attach the previous minutes
*Record minutes in HNC minute book.  Forward a copy of minutes to clubs as soon as possible
*Write outgoing correspondence and follow up appropriate business that needs action from meetings
*Distribute HNC contact list
*Liaise with clubs re. Club portfolios
*Forward incoming correspondence to clubs
*Ensure there are sufficient cards, certificates etc
*Organise in liaison with president an end of season function, certificates, gifts
*Send copies of HNC and Club Presidents report, financial report, AGM minutes to Mainland Netball Regional Manager
*Action any correspondence required by clubs, Mainland Netball, NNZ etc
*Update website with draws, minutes, policy updates and any other info needed
