During our 2023 winter season, we were lucky to have the support of our local physio clinic Physio Flex Helensville who provided their services at the netball courts each Saturday from 10am to 12pm.  No bookings were necessary and walk ins were welcome.  Physiotherapist Sophia Forlong who is also a keen netballer and Helensville local was onsite to assess, diagnose and treat injuries and was able to provide ACC referrals for xrays free of charge if required.  Strapping fee of only $5 per body part was the only charge with any members from Kaipara Netball receiving a discounted rate for their injuries if they needed ongoing treatment.
