How to become a member via the Puketapu Pony Club website

1. Go to- Puketapu Pony Club website https://sporty.co.nz/puketapupc

2. Click on-New Members Welcome TAB

3. Click on-Membership TAB

4. Click on-the membership data base link http://nz.nominate.com.au

5. Click on-CLUBS tab

6. Click on- JOIN A CLUB tab

7. Scroll to HERETAUNGA-PUKETAPU then click JOIN

How to complete Membership Registration- once on NOMINATE data base

  1. Select ADULT MEMBER-PARENT (This must be completed before adding children/family)
  2. Complete ADULT MEMBER-PARENT details
  3. Next- Select RIDING MEMBER category
  4. Complete RIDING MEMBER details
  5. If more than one riding member- repeat this process for each riding member
  6. Complete the remainder of the categories consecutively. When you reach the PROCESS PAYMENT option you have the choice of paying either A or B (see below). Please note that the NZPCA portion of the membership fee is required to be paid immediately to complete the membership registration (Currently the ADULT-PARENT fee of $15 and $40 per riding member, this is compulsory)


  1. Pay full amount immediately via NOMINATE data base (a 3.5% admin fee will be added)

OR

  1. Select PAY THE CLUB DIRECTLY tab and you will be required to pay the NZPCA amount immediately and then pay the remainder of the amount into the Puketapu Pony Club bank account  03 0631 0209046 00

(The 3.5% admin fee does not apply if you choose this option)


New members will receive an email notifying them of their member number and password to log on to the NOMINATE data base to update details.




Membership Renewal

Members receive a reminder email from NOMINATE 3 days before their membership expires. There are 2 options for renewal.

  1. Click on the link in the email that says CLICK HERE TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP and follow the prompts to renew your membership.

  3. Go to the NOMINATE data base and  follow the prompts:


CLUBS - CLUB MEMBER – MEMBER ID – PASSWORD – RENEW MEMBERSHIP


And complete the required fields. Once completed and paid a confirmation email will be sent to the renewing member.
