Late/Casual Registration Process 

Late Registrations are those after teams have been named. There may not be space left, please email/contact the club before registering.

Casual - will have been asked to register, then also email [email protected] with your Name, Phone number and Team you will be playing for.

Closing dates for casual registration:

• For Saturday teams - registrations must be received by 4pm Thursday
• For Thursday teams - registrations must be recevied by 4pm Tuesday

Please complete the form CAREFULLY, we cannot correct your name or date of birth!!

Just one form for all players (including Closed Team players).
